What accounting software do you use?

We use our own proprietary software to complete the books. You won’t need any other software to work with Agenterbooks—we do everything within the app. If your clients are currently using another bookkeeping software, we can find a solution that works to move their data.

What type of reports do you provide?

In addition to monthly bookkeeping, we’ll prepare a year end financial package that includes an income statement, balance sheet, trial balance, journal entry summary, and general ledger.

How do you determine pricing?

During the free trial, we’ll evaluate the monthly expense volume to determine which subscription package is the best fit for your client’s business.

How do you communicate with my clients?

Totally up to you! We can communicate and work with them directly, or we can work with you while you maintain your client relationships.

Do you do historical bookkeeping for clients that are behind on their books?

Absolutely! We can add any amount of Catch Up bookkeeping to a standard Agenterbooks plan. No matter how far behind (yes, even years behind), we can get your clients caught up quickly.
